A balance of strength, stretch, and intensity, BURN will help you boost your metabolism while creating a stronger YOU- mindfully and physically!

Level: Intermediate.



Basic Yoga with Lisa Seretny


This is a beginner level class which may include Sun Salutations and the basic postures including Triangle, Warrior and balance poses. The focus in this class would be breath, alignment and a slower pace as we gently introduce you to the heat and break down the posture sequences into a more basic form so that you can perfect your holds and gain confidence before progressing to more our advanced classes.

Level: Beginner



Vinyasa Flow with Lisa Seretny


This dynamic class follows a flowing sequence of postures designed for conditioning, toning, and focus. This class emphasizes the connection of movement with the breath. As you link your standing postures together is a seamless flow, your core strength is challenged in the transitions and your flexibility will be deepened by the introduction of binds. Be prepared to sweat, tone your entire body and cleanse your soul. This class will transform you on all levels, physically, mentally and spiritually.

Level: For those with some yoga experience.


Power Yoga with Amanda Richards


Get the balance, strength, and flexibility you need to create more focus and determination in your life! Build your stamina as you strengthen your core/back, upper body and limbs through power flows and various posture holds. Increase your flexibility as you stretch deeply and engage in creative sun salutations. Your joints will benefit, and you will gain a sense of confidence in yourself and what you can accomplish in life. Medium to High Intensity.
