MAT-BASED PILATES CLASSES FOR PRE AND POSTNATAL CLIENTS

These mixed ability Prenatal classes are suitable for women in any stage of pregnancy. These gentle sessions are programmed with safety and body awareness at the heart, where the focus will be on maintaining good posture and stability, as well as relaxation to support your body through its changes both mentally and physically. These classes are a great opportunity to reconnect with yourself. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other expectant mums and establish a supportive network that extends beyond the studio. Classes will be capped at six attendees to ensure appropriate care and attention can be given to each individual, so please ensure you register in advance.


Postnatal classes are suitable for mixed ability new mothers who have passed their 6-8 week checkup and been given the all-clear by their GP to begin phasing exercise back into their regime. These sessions will focus on regaining strength in the abdominals and pelvic floor, enabling a safe and effective transition back into exercise and daily living. Exercises will be slowly reintroduced and phased in gradually to promote a healthy healing process. Once again this provides a great opportunity to meet other new mums looking to regain their pre-pregnancy fitness, where we can collectively motivate and support one another. Classes will be capped at six attendees to ensure appropriate care and attention can be given to each individual, so please ensure you register in advance.
