Reformer adds a whole new level of strength training to Pilates. Integral to the impact of the Reformer are the springs that provide support for difficult exercises and allowing muscles to be isolated and worked more deeply. This workout takes a holistic approach to the body and utilises big muscle groups to tone and define. From a novice to exercise with back problems to a trained athlete, reformer is for all bodies.

Free Reformer introduction

Our free, 30-minute orientation sessions will introduce you to how to use the Reformer. You will learn how to set it up and methods of adjusting the pulleys and straps. This will provide with enough knowledge to confidently start on a few of the basic exercises. Attending this session is a pre-requisite before booking onto our Beginners Reformer class.


Beginners Reformer

Our Beginners Reformer is a basic level class which targets the whole body. Improve your posture, strengthen your core and shape up with our invigorating, workout for the whole body. If you are new to the Reformer please ensure you have attended our Free Reformer Introduction session before booking onto this class.


Essential Reformer

Essential Reformer to strengthen and lengthen muscles, developing core stability and mind-body connection. Help tone the body, build stamina and endurance as you re balance muscles and improve spinal health. Classes are mixed ability and suitable for those with some Pilates experience.


Reformer and Cardio-Tramp Combo

The Cardio-Tramp easily transforms any Reformer into a unique Pilates cardiovascular machine, allowing for extended plyometric activity and increasing workout potential for all exercisers, from post-rehab to elite athletes. Transform your regular Reformer routines into fun aerobic workouts as you tone up, strengthen joints and burn more calories. Attending our Reformer Introduction and Beginners Reformer are a pre-requisite for joining this class.
