Yoga for pregnancy: PRENATAL

Our courses are run by Anna Caplin, a fully qualified prenatal and postnatal teacher with the required empathy to help her students. “My yoga sessions for Mums and Mums-to-be are very gentle and safe, they are designed to help to enjoy pregnancy and the period after with minimal discomfort, cultivate breath awareness and to strengthen the body in preparation for labour and assist in recovery”
Every class will incorporate yoga sequences specifically adapted for pregnancy or postnatal period to appreciate the benefits which include:
  • Strengthening the back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles
  • Decreasing overall stress
  • Promoting relaxation
  • Improving Posture
  • Builds patience and inner calm
  • Provides opportunity to connect with other parents
  • Rejuvenates the mind and increases energy

Our class is on Friday’s at 7.45pm £10 drop in or £48 for 6 weeks.

For this class you will need to complete a health questionnaire form and we ask that you have had your first scan. Book in advance, spaces are limited.



Thursday’s 4.15pm-5pm  Starting in September


  By practicing yoga poses children learn how to exercise safely, develop confidence and improve concentration.
 This class is fun and relaxed and give the Children the opportunity to expand their own ideas and creative  instincts
Thursday’s 5.15pm-6pm starting in September
